Covered Clearing

Rink smiled, "indeed I do," he stretched and yawn, rolling to his paws. "I will go hunt, I'll be back soon, stay with Amsil." the Alpha trotted off into the woods.

Rinka walked back intot he camp with a small scratch on his shoulder, two medium sized rabbits, and a large hare. "Here you go, he dropped the hare and the smaller ones in front of Fawn. "Take your pick, there was a whole family that I discovered after the large one was dead. I wouldn't have killed a mother if I had known." he explained, taking the large hare and began eating.

Rinka smiled, "sorry, I'm not a very good parent, I don't know much about this whole thing." he bent and pulpified the meat. "eat up!"

Moons nose twiched and she stood up. Her ear felt like it had been bitten and she was wet. Shaking her coat she padded sleeply over to Rinka. "Can I have some?" she asked looking at the rabbits.

Rink smiled and nodded at the unchewed rabbit. "Help yourself."

"Thanks." Moon said before demolishing the rabbit Rinka nodded. "Oops sorry." she said relising she had eaten it all.

Rinka smiled, "that's alright. Loki is taking a hunting party out and I can share my big one with Amsil."

Moon smiled and padded slowly back to her den and curled up in her den and drifted back off to sleep.

Rinka grinned, "Loki, I'll go with you," he looked at Fawn. Stay int he clearing with Amsil and Moongazer." his tone was strict. The Alpha turned and trotted out of the clearing with the black and white wolf.

Moon looked out of her den frowning. When she saw fawn she smiled. "Do you want to come up little one?" she asked climbing down to the ground.

Moon placed her paws on a high root. ""Jump up here and I will carry you the rest of the way." she said pulling herself up. Standing on the root she half sat so she could take off more smoothly once she had picked up Fawn.

Amsil awoke, and yawned. She jumped from the tree, and smiled at Fawn and Moongazer. 'Hello Fawn, and Aunty Moongazer.' Amsil teased.

Moongazer jumped twisting in the air to land on top of Asmil. "What did you call me?" she asked growling playfully. She pressed down on the betaesses back hoping to push her to the ground.

Rinka and Mika, who was now fluent at her name and was singing it happily, walked into the clearing with eight rabbits. "Loki caught four and I caught four, eat up everyone!" he called as the bear and himself dropped the meal. He took a rabbit and gave it to Mika, who nosed Rink and took it gratefully, eating small bites, making the meal last. "Any leftovers go to the cub." he said loudly, taking a bone that Mika passed him.

As the Alpha licked off the bits of meat and crunched the hard outer shell of the bone, licking away the marrow, Mika had walked over to Fawn and was sniffing the pup. "Mika, gentle!" he barked, trotting over. "Fawn, this is Mika. Your new, er, sister. Let's say that. You and I are going to teach her our language. She will be valuable to this pack one day, my young Alphess." he smiled at the wolf pup and waited for her opinion on Mika.

Mika smiled and made a soft whining sound at Loki. "Ish Mika. You ish?" she asked his name with a clumsy tongue. Rinka laughed and looked at Loki. "She didn't even try to hurt me! Isn't she wonderful? Fawn and her have already met. Fawn, come over here, my daughter." he called, not wanting to make the pup feel like Mika was getting all the attention.

Rinka laughed like Loki was the stupidest wolf ever. "She can't pronounce "zzz" he grinned. "She meant 'iz,' smart one." he nudged the black and white brute. "Mika, why don't you go find a spot to sleep under the tree." he suggested lightly, gesturing for Loki to eat a hare.
